Restaurant bewertenThe owner is very friendly and it's a great place for family get-togethers. It's also perfect for enjoying a few quiet drinks while watching rugby.
Great little pub down the road from are air BnB. Stopped a few times for drinks and food and made welcome each time. Food is great value for money and a good selection of ales.
I want to extend my gratitude to all the staff at The Victory Inn for giving us an amazing evening last night. The Christmas menu we had reserved for our girls' night out was incredibly delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we all highly recommend trying it out. The dishes were beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. The chef deserves a perfect score of 10. The pub had a delightful Christmas ambiance and was warm and cozy.
We stopped by on the off chance on the way back to our Air BnB, and although they weren’t serving food at the time, we we welcomed and told we could come back at 5.30/6ish. The service was great, the staff were super friendly and made us feel very relaxed and valued. The food was delicious. I had steak which was locally sourced. It was the nicest steak I have ever had, so tender and lean. The portion was huge too. My husband had fish and chips which he said was also delicious. I wasn’t blown away by the chocolate brownie, but it was still ok. The cheese cake was lovely though! Superb value for money we will definitely visit again if ever we are passing. Thank you for a lovely evening Victory Inn!!
We popped in here as a family of 6 plus a toddler. Didn't get to even sit down as we were told they were fully booked. Many empty tables and didn't feel welcome to stop for a drink. We left unable to try the food as other reviews looked really good. We won't try again while we are here.
