The Orangery - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

Shocking inefficiency, someone needs to train the staff, waited over 45mins with que hardly moving. Happened on previous visit never again!

Visiting family again we always pay a visit to this restaurant set in pretty gardens. Had the burger chips really yummy. Only reason gave 4stars as when we arrived all tables empty stood waiting to be seated whilst all the staff was busy seemed more intrested in serving the customers that were at the counter. I the end we had stood waiting for 5-10mins just went seated ourselves in the end.

Stood at the waited to be seated sign for around 5 mins. (Nobody came or even aknowledged us, although plenty of staff talking amongst themselves. In the end went and sat at a table ourselves given the place was practically empty. Went to order some drinks and were completely ignored by staff. Gave up and left in the end.

Visited with my family , been a few times now while I am on holiday . The fish chips lovely , the biggest fish . Bright , fresh clean restaurant.

This is an amazing cafe. The chef Natalie is exceptional… her fish chips were the best we have tasted in the area. The food is exceptional The carrot cake was fabulous too The Team , The staff are so kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Definitely worth the walk
