Tim Hortons - Cornwall

The service was incredibly slow on this Sunday morning. I had to wait 10 minutes just to place my order, and then I was rudely interrupted by the cashier who started taking drive-thru orders in the middle of my conversation. I couldn't tell whether she was speaking to me or into the microphone. I felt foolish having to repeat myself several times only to realize she wasn’t paying attention. The place seemed understaffed and possibly undertrained, or maybe they just don’t care.

I was served by an Indian gentleman named Chetan, and he provided me with excellent service. He was extremely polite, helpful, calm, quick, accurate, and friendly.

I believe it's time to address the behavior of the tall young white supervisor at this restaurant. On June 27, 2023, at 9:12 PM, she cranked up the music so loudly that my husband and I couldn't even have a conversation while sitting by the window. The atmosphere of the place felt quite disorganized and low-key, largely due to the noisy group of patrons nearby who were disturbing the peace. The supervisor seemed to treat the space more like a bar, turning up the music without considering the comfort of the diners.

Excellent service Excellent bakery items. Loved their Donuts.

The white hot chocolate with a chi tea bag is delicious and a must
