Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant is a beautiful place to eat in the heart of Cork, either if you want to enjoy a weekend brunch or a nice dinner. Your menu is very diverse and offers for most people. And every week they have a lunch special that usually brings the taste of Asia, Thailand, China, etc to Ireland. You have a great brunch menu with beautiful homemade pancakes, omelettes and avocado toast among other delicious choices. You can also order homemade granola and porridge, so you can enjoy a healthy and tasteful breakfast while in the office or on the way to work. We are regular customers as we love the coffee and brunch there, but this time we wanted to try the new evening tapas menu. We were very impressed by the selection as there were many ways to choose from Mexican tortilla chips with Vegan Dips option to garlic shrimp or Jackfruit burger. For two people I would recommend asking for 4 to 5 tapas, and that will be a lot of food. They will definitely feel full. As for desserts, the photos speak for themselves, amazing. They were so beautiful that we didn't know if we were eating them or looking at them. Chef Eli has magic hands. The price is slightly higher than
The Coffee House bookshelf, located directly on Olivier Plunkett Street, is a very nice cozy and warm coffee shop. They make great coffee cakes and sandwiches. This place is perfect for on the go want a quick lunch, but high-quality food while working lunch break or even want a quick lunch, this is a nice place to go. It is also very useful to have business meetings before work or even have management meetings where you want to have informal discussions about the business. The staff is always so helpful and very nice. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I ordered a Motcha-Latte, a unique coffee I haven't seen yet. Find the decor of this place and the music choice really. The old jazz hits really put the atmosphere.

The price is slightly higher than the previous dinner menu they had, but it is worthy if you want to try something else and food was nice. If you want to get an idea of the food they serve, take a look at his Instagram account @thebookshelfcoffee as they are active there, and all you see is honest what you find in the restaurant. The staff is so friendly that you feel at home, and they welcome you with a smile. Always. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, perfect for a date or enjoy a casual dinner with friends.
