Garden Of Vegan - Copper Mountain

I hadn't visited Copper Mountain in a few years, so I didn't have high expectations when I checked out the deals at the Grand Hall Food Court. To my surprise, I discovered a garden of vegan options and a completely vegan food stand! They even cook the food right there on their own grill. Although it took a bit longer to get our Lightlife Burgers ($11) because of the line and the fact that there was only one person working at the stand, it was fantastic to have options that cater to my dietary preferences. I'll definitely try one of the cauliflower rice bowls the next time I go to Copper!

The food here is fantastic and deserves high praise. It’s freshly made right in front of you, and the Feta cheese has an incredibly authentic taste. Everything offered is vegan. What a delight! This review was updated from the previous one on February 17, 2022.

To my pleasant surprise, I discovered the Garden of Vegan, which features all vegan food stalls! They even cook the food on their own grill! It took a little while for our Lightlife burgers (11 bucks) to be ready because there was a line and only one person working at the stall. However, having so many options made the wait worthwhile. Next time I visit Copper, I'll definitely try one of the cauliflower dishes!

Fantastic food at amazing prices! Everything is prepared fresh right before your eyes. The feta cheese has a wonderfully authentic flavor. Plus, everything on the menu is vegan. What an incredible discovery! Updated from the previous review on February 17, 2022.
