Restaurant bewertenMe and my friend asked to share one as it was quite big and we only wanted a snack. The veggie version was supposed to have avocado in it, but we only got two tiny slices, and the price was almost the same as the meat one. Mostly just cabbage filling. Got asked if we wanted egg, even though we asked for the vegan one (was stated “vegetarian or vegan” in the menu) so had to explain egg isn’t vegan…
The vegan pancake includee avocado, some other veggies, nachos, and the dressing was mostly soy sauce, which was definately an interesting combo. The staff was really nice and double-checked if I wanted the pancake without egg as I ordered the vegan one. There was a roof covering the outdoor seats, so it's possible to eat in rainy weather as well. The pancake cost 70 DKK and a kid's version a bit less.
Small foodtruck with only four options, one of which is vegan/vegetarian (be sure to mention which, as the vegetarian version has egg in it). In China, you see trucks selling these kinds of pancakes everywhere. This is pretty much the closest thing to those I have yet eaten anywhere outside of China. I was worried at first that it would just be vegetables in a pancake, but it's more than this. The wonton cracker, the sauce, etc., it all adds up to something great. It's not really cheap for what is still basically a pancake, but then nothing in Copenhagen is. I paid 65 DKK (about €8,75) for the vegan one. Being a food truck, it doesn't provide its own seating, but there are public benches nearby.
Beautiful and tasty snack. pancakes with avocado and a few other strokes. but I think it would make a little more different toppings better, for example some smoked tofu. I recommend adding chili oil because our second pancake tasted a little blanching without the oil. you can choose a large and a smaller version (see photos) updated by the previous review on 2022-05-29
