Starbucks - Cooper Township

Plainwell is my hometown go-to Starbucks and while not all the baristas go above and beyond at this location, one tends to stand out. Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.

I frequent many Starbucks locations coast to coast due to my line of work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.

My wife and I both love Melissa. She's a treasure.? If you have a dog with you ask for a pup cup, there's free and my dogs love them.

This Starbucks location has moved into first place in my worst Starbucks in the 46 states that I have visited . The drive-through lane was empty, there were maybe three customers already seated, and five – yes, five – employees, and they still took three minutes before even saying hello to me standing at the register. Three of them were just standing around doing nothing. Then about another six minutes to make my drink. Completely unacceptable! By the way, it 's also very difficult to get to this place, and you have to be careful when you go to pull out because you can 't make a left. And whatever you do, do NOT enter the parking lot next-door. It looks like it connects, but it doesn 't and it will screw you up big time.

FIRST OF ALL they gave me the wrong sandwich which by the way costed more then the original sandwich i ordered, then they left a whole bunch of coffee residue on my cup and tried to cover it up with a cup holder didn’t even have the mindfulness to clean it up OR put it in a new cup
