Kfc - Cooper City

I'm in the pizza hut. This is actually a KFC-Taco Bell combo. I made the car a few times. You usually get the order right (they don't have to do this time). The food is usually good. Its fast food, not the healthiest choice, but as far as microwave fast food goes its not the worst choice and tacos or chicken seeds are hard to melt.

I waited for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to assist me. Honestly, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Yes, it's a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant. It's one of the cleaner locations. The staff is friendly. The ordering process was quick, but it's fast food after all. I should double check my order next time. One thing that bothers me is that they pre-make the tacos, so they end up soggy and the metal wrapper holds them together.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. I even saw people riding horses outside, which was very impressive!

I don't typically eat at KFC, but I visited the drive-thru one night and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. Erika at the drive-thru window was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment she took my order. Her friendly and genuine demeanor made for a great customer service experience.
