Jack In The Box - Conroe

I noticed that this place has updated its drive thru menu that looks quite appetizing. This location makes a great effort in their quality of food, which is why I want to take these occasions when I want a delicious burger.

Order quick service and fresh food. Better than most other Jack in the boxes in the area.

I love Jack In The Box, and this location makes her food good, not only thrown together, or old food, or half a**ed everything. It's really good for fast food and this Jack In The Box location is really good.

Customer service could use more manners. They do not smile and act more than they are forced to work. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile.

Staff is friendly and attentive, although I still feel bad for the folks who have to work the later hours, the job is probably really rough at those times! The food is good, pretty much what I'd expect from a Jack in the Box. Though I do have a few complaints: 1. The Drive-Thru line can get really long. That in itself isn't a problem, but with how slow it can move at times, it eventually turns into one, especially when you've got places to be. Plus, once you enter the Drive-Thru lane, if someone pulls up behind you, you're forced to stay. 2. Not sure if this is a location thing, or just all Jack in the Box locations, but they increased the price of the Munchie Meals from 6$ to 8$, during all times of the day. I thought the whole point of the Munchie Meal was that it'd be cheaper, 6$, if you picked it up after 9pm lol 3. The mobile app simply stopped working entirely on my phone, and no matter what kinda fixes I try (updating the app, clearing the cache and data, etc. , it doesn't fix itself. Not really a complaint about the location itself, but yeah. Other than that though, I mean, yeah it's a Jack in the Box. If you're coming here expecting fine dining, well... Yikes.
