Restaurant bewertenCustomer Service was horrible, they were out if champagne but still charged for bottomless mimosas waited 30min before the waitress came back to tell us she never suggested something else, ask for water will waiting for a drink waited another 20 minsbefore she bought it out. I understand paying for food n drinks before but make sure you have things before allowing yourcustomers to order and not getting what they paid for. Also too the wait staff if you're going to have an attitude this job isnot for you, everyone goes though things check your attitude at the door and leave it there while at work.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Been sitting for almost 30 minutes and no one has came and brought us water or anything. Hopefully things get better. Update coming soon Update: Amanda is taking care of us only after a $20 tip. Overall wouldrecommend this place if you?re looking for a stress free and fast moving brunch vibe. Im assuming the weekdays run a lotsmoother.. I would hope so
The food was not all that and there were a lot of things that they were out of on their menu their side selection is very limited. The macaroni and cheese definitely will need some salt and pepper the greens were tender and had a great taste. Thefried chicken was either fried in the same grease as the fish or they use meal to fry the chicken because the breading was tooflaky and it wasn't all that seasoned. I would not recommend sitting at the bar with the swing if you're going to eat a fullmeal. The drinks would have been better if the waitress would have actually got our order correct. The service was really good Iwould probably give this place another shot
Combination of upscale and ghetto. Ambience is fancy and the food is always good and priced as a fancy restaurant, but 4pm in the afternoon they are checking purses and using metal detectors. And to top it off, after everything you order you have topay. Drinks, pay. Appetizer, pay. Meal, pay...YOU MUST PAY FOR FOOD BEFORE IT ARRIVES (like I said ghetto !!! The onlyestablishment I 've been in like that. And both times I went, food that was paid for never came out and we ended up getting itafter we already ate everything else and no longer had use for it. I can only give them a three star. The server Kristian was very attentive. We ordered the VVA Gumbo and the Seafood Sampler. The Gumbo was really good. The Seafood platter was good, but spicy. I don't care for spicy food and wish we were advised that theseafood was going to be spicy. We never got the crab legs. I called back and was advised that they were out of crab legs.????The price of the platter should have been reduced or we should have been given extra fish and shrimp.
