Salsa Méxican Grill - Concord

Sad to say that this place goes down the hill. I was there the other day and had a taco salad. The owner who works by himself forgot the beans He left the tortilla in the friteuse too long to the point where it was unusable. When he pulled it, he saw that it still used a very dark brown. I feel sorta just reviewed just I don't know what happened to that this is an excellent little restaurant it's over by PetSmart on Willow Pass across from Park Shop and the little Willow Pass center it's been there for a long time.
