Restaurant bewertenWifey had a rude unprofessional encounter trying to purchase an item last night. Store closes at 9 pm, wifey arrived at 0830pm but staff insisted store closed. I ended up going inside and reminding them it’s not 9 pm yet and I want to purchase after also telling me store is closed. Asked for supervisor who was just sitting and busy on his cellphone watching or playing something and did not even bother to attend customer. Supervisor name Renz Bangayan I insisted to get the full name). I have to pay cash coz cashier already closed. Kudos to Jollibee cashier to change my 50$ bill to accommodate Red ribbons accepting no larger than 20$ bill. hope this review reaches the corporation office to train store employees better customer service.
Disappointed in the ensaymada. I noticed it got a lot smaller. Pretty soon it will be the size of a cupcake.
I really hate to do this. But I used my hard earned money to buy this cake for my moms birthday and this is how it turned out. Maybe I just got a bad batch.... Or they just never practiced their fifo skills. I really like their cakes because it taste like home. I don't wanna punish them for this one time.
I came in to order some food at the request of my sister. I've never seen this place before. As I approached the cashier, I could see a girl sitting on the cutting board on the prep table talking with two employees. The prep table is right behind the cashier so there is a clear view . From a food safety standpoint, this is horrifying. I asked the employee if the cut food on that prep table and he turned around to say something to the girl. Then she got off the table. At that point, I walked away not ordering anything. I reported this to the health department. The managers and staff need training on food safety. I will never go there again.
