Krispy Kreme - Concord

When the doughnuts are hot and fresh, it is amazing, but it is getting hard to catch them when that hot now light is on. The last dozen I got were from off the rack and they were cold. The dozen I got the prior time were right off of the assembly line, and I ate 3 of them in the car before I got home.If the hot now light is on, it is definitely worth it. Not so much if the doughnuts are not fresh.

This is the worst KK I 've ever been too. The filled donuts are far from filled. Less than a teaspoon at most. I don 't know if it 's cutbacks or just laziness but it 's been happening for well over a year. I 've contacted corporate several times but it 's apparent they haven 't addressed the problem.

Just stopped by to redeem a reward and had a chance to interact with Shawn who was working the register on the inside. He was super friendly and courteous! Top-notch customer service!

Went to the drive-thru. Was told they'd be right with me. Witnessed numerous cars come after me, go to the other speaker, and get served while I still waited. After 10 min, I drove to the window. Was told they have one person doing drive-thru and another doing both drive-thru and counter. Guess I got the latter. We left and went to Starbucks. Never going back again.
