I recently read that, in our ever-changing post-COVID world, it will become more difficult to find table service at restaurants, with waitstaff disappearing in many places. However, I believe El Vallarta will remain an exception. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is exceptional, with friendly servers each time we visit. We always see the same welcoming faces, which makes our experience even better.

You can't go wrong with the Shrimp Ranchero Special—it's always delicious and reliable. I recommend trying one of their flavored waters, like the mango or tamarindo. I also enjoyed the guacamole dip. I absolutely love this place!
