Restaurant bewertenI was looking forward to trying this restaurant but ended up having a disappointing experience. Despite there being four employees working, they were too busy to handle online orders efficiently. As I waited for my order of a single burrito, I watched as new items were printed out and the staff struggled to keep up. Another customer arrived with an incorrect online order and the staff spent more time apologizing to him than attending to me. When I saw them start on a complex order for someone else, I decided to leave after being there for 8 minutes without being served. They need to prioritize in-person customers over online orders.
I do not live nearby, so finding a Chipotle in a bustling area of NH was a welcomed surprise. I arrived at 10:45 am as their website indicated they would be opening soon. I waited in my car and noticed 6 other people also waiting at the door with me until 11:10 am. I could see people inside, so I assumed they would be opening shortly. However, when someone finally arrived at the door, they informed us that they were closed, which was disappointing. I probably should have taken the hint from the previous negative reviews.
We will give them 2 stars just because the staff was friendly. However, we noticed that everything that was not in use was dirty, so we decided not to eat there. We ordered 2 burrito dishes and 2 fountain drinks. We asked for lids for our cups, but they were out, so we ended up getting bottled drinks instead. When we tried to find napkins and forks, it was a mess and there were only spoons available. We wish they had informed us earlier, as it was difficult to eat salad with just a spoon. As we left the restaurant, we noticed trash overflowing inside. The overall cleanliness of the place made us question the quality of our food. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Hands down the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Dirty kitchen area, rude staff, they’re constantly out of main ingredients like tortillas, rice, meat, etc. When they do actually have ingredients, the quality and quantity of the food is terrible. If I want chipotle I now drive an extra 15+min to go to a different location that I can trust will provide quality service and food. Avoid this Chipotle location at all costs.
I have been to this location many times since they opened. During the height of the pandemic I was willing to cut them slack given staffing shortages and their desire to keep their dining room clear. On my most recent visit most of the tables looked like they had not been cleaned for the better part of the day. Trash was overflowing from the can near the door. Most of the ingredients needed for making bowls or burritos were empty or virtually so. The time we visited was about 7:30 on a Wednesday evening so they were too far from closing to justify that absence of fixings. Not sure I will return to this location. This may put me off Chipotle entirely.
