Restaurant bewertenI'll start by saying that I probably wouldn't choose to eat at Chipotle if it weren't for my kids, who enjoy getting a burrito as a treat. Unfortunately, most Chipotle locations have gone downhill, and this one is no exception. The parking situation is tough, but that's just part of the area. My server piled on a lot of rice but barely added any meat, then saturated both burritos with salsa. The sour cream container was nearly empty, and she dumped the last watery bit on top. At least she did a good job with the guacamole. The burritos were rolled loosely and fell apart easily. To top it off, they ran out of drink caddies, so I ended up carrying two drinks and a large bag for two blocks. Not the best experience, to say the least!
I visit this restaurant quite frequently, and Will consistently impresses me with his work ethic. He is always efficient, polite, and greets everyone with a smile. I truly appreciate his hard work; it certainly doesn't go unnoticed. I'll keep coming back to this location to enjoy my Chipotle and catch up with my friend Will!
I had an excellent experience with the service tonight! Nathan, Isay, and the manager did a fantastic job keeping the restaurant tidy. Even though it was quiet, the staff was busy sweeping the floor and wiping down the tables. Kudos to the closing team for their hard work! Date of visit: August 1, 2023, at 8:35 PM.
We are ordering three plates and one burrito. We ask get some fresh lettuce when we saw the lettuce are all turn to brown or black at the cut off edge.The lady was serving us said, that it all, no more. When we try to told to the manager in the store, she said she is the one.When we going home to eat, one one plate has a little poor lettuce, the other two plates and the burrito all no lettuces.Usually not too bad at other stores. But this one are very bad service, typically the manager had very bad attitudes. I don’t know how she got the manager position. Look like Chipotle never trained they are employees before get to work.I don’t know Chipotle will be change something or contact me to improve they are service and employees training. Hopefully this going to help.End up, will stop eat Chipotle, specially this location. Unless something changes.
Bad attitudes from the young boys working today around 6:45pm July 12. I was asked how I was doing and when I asked back the boy said “tired.” Not a very positive way to start the interaction and it just got worse from there. I asked nicely for a little bit more rice on my burrito and the guy just went way overboard. It was very spiteful. He could barely even close my burrito, there was so much rice in it. If you gave people a substantial portion the first time then they won’t have to ask for more. Cut the attitude, we pay good money to eat here and deserve to be treated with respect. No wonder the place was empty.
