Wimpy's Diner - Concord

I and my husband decided to have a nice breakfast and we went to this Wimpy Diner in steel and Dufferin. The place was almost empty and we only saw a server that told us to sit somewhere we want. We waited approx. 10 minutes before she came to the table to give us the menu. Then it took 1 minute before she asked about our order. Then the coffee came first before our breakfast. The cups were not washed at all. You could see the lipstick on the cup. Greasy. I took a napkin and wiped the cup around and I can see the fat and dirt on the napkin. We didn't wait for our food to come and we left. Please don't go to this diner!

I usually love all day breakfast, but I tried this place a few times and every time had the same result. First, the service is very slow and the prices are very high for what you get (the drinks are particularly expensive). I had a lunch of...work, where I had set aside longer than usual, and even after more than half an hour, not my food for a roasted western sandwich and had to get out in the last minute. Only no good experience and I won't be back. 10 minutes before I got my drink.

At this new location on the corner of Steele and Dufferin. We tried this place back a few months and the service was terrible. Today the Mother's Day was packed with Coras and we saw no line at this point. There's a reason! Worst... service always and best part of the same waitress. We worked very well. We stood at the door and literally waited 11 minutes two free tables that were not cleaned. I had a six-month-old baby with two older guys. I get a cloth to clean the table and remove the glasses. It took 15 minutes to order drinks only. We have our drinks that were coffee coke's apple and orange juice. She comes back with two coffees and no juice. Ordered our meals and it comes without toast. Nobody comes to check if we have something. I had no milk that I grabbed from my pockets on the bar. Had no forks brought it from the first table through the service station. No syrup to be asked and get a sticky squeeze bottle. Had no napkins found or indicated twice on request. We missed an order. Had asked a waitress and never came. We all finished our food when the toast finally came. When we sat there, a waitress comes and takes my milk bowl. Then another waitress comes and takes the sugar. When we sat there, she has people who take over our seats. I don't even have the three guys and my husband who's a very patient man cooking now. One hour and 55 minutes it took us for breakfast. Even our bill was wrong and she didn't even realize that she served us when we talked to us. Very oblivious and disorganized. The worst service will never return. I wouldn't even have to judge a 1 but choose a circle.

Eating was good and serving. good but the server was. Condemn me and my friend to give a tip. Most places I ate with us the top is optionally not powerful

We decided to try wimpy's for the first time may 14/17 for mothers day breakfast. Not too busy yet its 0900 am while standing and waiting to be notice for at least 10 mins, we decided to sit down, their are 3 tables that is...free. Server brought the menu and offer and order drinks. And when served the drinks she asked are we ready to order, I told her to give us few minutes. Server stated it may take 20 mins for your order its very busy now. I said its ok. Menu for kids have colouring portions I ask for crayons for my children, she said she is busy right now and I gave her a look and she grab 1 crayon. she is rushing us, no greetings or she is not so happy served at this time. So my younger child stated she is so mean mom. I just told my kids probably she is tired. Didn't offer any refill coffee, or water so we asked other server. lastly when my husband paid in the casher, she came back and asked my husband to see the receipt and she said I need to collect my money. With poor service we had, my husband still give her tip but her attitude, I told my husband you should nit give her tip.
