Baco Fusión - Concepción del Uruguay

After thoroughly analyzing, a bit of boredom, another little by necessity, the entire night gastronomic offer of Concepción del Uruguay only a place I have to draw my attention. Maybe it was the name or maybe the score. Baco Fusion was a rare thing to read first, however the decision was made, that was the place where I was going to dinner. Several days later I keep thinking if what I liked most was attention, atmosphere or food. It was probably the combination of the three things that forced me to strongly recommend Baco Fusion to any lost soul that does not know where to go to eat one night in Concepción del Uruguay. As a closure and to give a little more suspense to a potential visit, I cannot fail to recommend, even if it is like entry to consume a bog empanada.

Excellent attention and predisposition of the owners. They made us a dinner for 30 and waited until 23:00. Good food and the place very well set! No doubt to come back!!

Excellent, personalized attention by their owners, two geniuses that make you feel like family. First meal. The loin to ka pepper with unbelievable cream potatoes.

Great food. Owners are serving the tables and making sure everything is ok. We had fish empanadas and steak.
