I experienced the worst customer service at this KFC. The staff were rude and talked back to customers. There were only two groups present—our group of five and one other diner—yet it took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive, which was just mediocre at best. I'm very dissatisfied with this location and cannot recommend it. The floors were greasy, and there was only one restroom, which was quite dirty. Clearly, there is a lack of management oversight here.
The service was impressively quick. The staff was excellent, particularly the young man at the window, who provided outstanding customer service—a rarity these days, and something I truly appreciate. Date of visit: June 10, 2022.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. absolutely worst customer service ever. it was said that the friteurs were only heated up. was not given. how long we pressed for a response that was said by the way to be 15 minutes, by an rude worker called tori. then tori just let us wait for the ride without taking our order. So we were like hello. the answer 'oh I didn't know they ordered. "we saw young workers who grabbed the back, lifting their yeasts, walking around outside, smoking cigarettes and just flying around. 15 minutes later note. we wanted to go in, but the doors were closed! Finally we come in and say another 15 minutes. total lack of training, no value of customer service and no professionalism. it took 40 minutes to get our food. where is management my question?
Pretty much upset with this situation, the load to close whenever they want and waste people time and gas. Do not put their working time after when they only close when they are tired to work. completely unacceptable. who's driving here?
