The Papillion - Colva

Only had drinks&a sunbeds here for 8 days. Its a quiet/peaceful shack,away from the hustle of the entrance area. Its very reasonable for drinks,the service is not great to be honest. Far easier to walk to bar and get your drinks-sunbeds are free.

Its like any other shack in Colva beach. The food was good but portions were less for the price. The staff is laidback. If you are not in hurry and want a recliner and chilled out service, this is ok. But there must be better options nearby. My suggestion to them would be to make good Indian tea rather than providing dip tea.

Cheap food but terrible service. Drinks came after food only to be told that lassis weren't available. Asked for salt and pepper but waiter took so long to bring it (after chatting with his friends) that we had finished our food by the time he got to us. No atmosphere! Don't bother.

Little distance away from Colva beach so is quieter. Overall good experience with food. We ordered Goan and that was good. Sizzlers were localised in taste and wasn't bad either. God service. Right on thebeach. Asking for to much for whole red snapper so went for alternate dishes.

This is a seasonal beach shack so this review applies to its current status. They are gearing up for the tourist
