Romeo's Pizza - Columbus

I just placed an order from this restaurant, and I have to say that Nick, who took my call, was extremely professional and friendly! He was very patient and understanding, even though I was a bit flustered. This was my first time ordering here, and I will definitely be returning! The quality is absolutely worth the price. I can't believe it took me this long to try it, especially since I live just four minutes away. Thank you so much for your excellent service during these challenging times!

I waited two hours for a pizza that they said would arrive in 45 minutes. When I called to check on it, they kept insisting it was on the way, but it never arrived. I spoke with the manager, who was quite rude. I will never order from them again. Even when I requested a refund, the manager was dismissive. They seriously need to reconsider their staff. I do not recommend this pizza place.

I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered online and was told it would take about 25 minutes, but when I arrived at the shop, there were around 10-15 others waiting. Some people were quoted wait times of up to two hours. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and seeing that there were still over 10 orders ahead of me, I decided to cancel my order. I don't blame the employees; it seems like a management issue or perhaps a general staff shortage. They really shouldn't be accepting orders when they can't keep up. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a frequent problem.

This place used to be decent, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The quality has really declined and everything seems to be falling apart. I’m not sure what happened, but after being let down four times in a row, I probably won’t be coming back.

I honestly don't know what's so good. the sauce is too sweet, but the people who work there are nice.
