Restaurant bewertenMy family and I went for endless garnel! the restaurant was not crowded so we were happy to be there in hopes on good service. when we started, two of the six online listed options were no longer available, which was somehow a bummer. we ordered other options and eating was wonderful. the service was very slow. there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant and she was pulled in every direction. the food was massed a few different items, but it was delicious when it was out! we know that the pandemic has messed up the lack of coworkers, and eating was still good, so we didn't notice it! we would still go back and enjoy, only would hope to service faster!
Our server, Morgan, was extremely busy but was still able to be attentive.
The server was a jewel. That's where the good part ended. The food was tasteless and I got lobster tail as an add on and literally it was the size of a sausage link. My son got the 2 for $29.99 and his were the same and he got 14 french fries. The biscuits were great as usual. Very disappointing except for the service and biscuits. I guess Red Lobster like everything else is just not what it used to be.
The place was empty at dinner. Went for sons bday since he wanted to go-I hadn’t been in years and now remember why. He ordered a drink but it never came and she came by frantic (believe she forgot) and said no one can make the drinks due to liquor and she was trying to find someone. Asked about desert and she said just really small ice cream and it is terrible ice cream. We passed- think she didn’t want to make it.
Food was totally undercooked and it was seafood. Worker was standing at the front bar eating food. Waiter didn't know the menu. I won't be back.
