Mcdonald's - Columbus

This McDonald's (Store#11824) is really the worst fast food I've ever had. Consistent has bad customer service and has no improvement in over 2 years. Too often I got the wrong/bad food about driving thirs and bad attitudes from the inner staff. I have seen many employees and managers changes, but nothing seems to be better. I left here because it was the closest walk... but not anymore. Please don't waste your time here.

The ladies who worked there were so nice! The women who take money were such a treasure! I just had to wait for one thing and they brought it to me! The line moved super fast! You were on top this morning!

Yesterday(05/30/22) was my first time that I revised this fast eating mcdonald’s in a long time. fast drive thru. beautiful and friendly service. beautiful landscape design. my favorite breakfast sandwich is the sausage mcmuffin w/egg. I get the kombi with a hot drink. good prices. parking available to the restaurant.

I never order food from McDonald’s because it taste totally different from when I was younger. A lot of the major franchises have changed tremendously over the years, which is common. But McDonald’s is way too different and no matter what I order it kills my stomach
