Restaurant bewertenI love this place! I have been here many times and it always has quick service and delicious food. The staff is fantastic and the new brisket is absolutely delicious.
My wife and I picked up food from this restaurant last week and we were both extremely impressed with the food and service. We ordered two bowls, chips, and guacamole, and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. Cheers!
The food at this restaurant is comparable to most Chipotle locations. I give it 5 stars not just for the taste, but for the exceptional customer service I witnessed. A patron went into diabetic shock, and the employees handled the situation admirably, maintaining professionalism and efficiency. They handled the emergency discreetly, kept the line moving smoothly, and ensured the well-being of their customer. I was truly impressed by their quick response and care. This kind of exceptional service deserves recognition.
I work close by (less than 0.2 miles away), so it is very convenient for me to order pickup when I want something other than cafeteria food. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that they no longer have a pickup shelf. Instead, you have to wait by the kitchen door past your pickup time along with others, as staff members ask for your name and then disappear only for another staff member to ask the same question again... and this process is repeated. This position also offers a not-so-great view of the messy servery area. I understand that things can get hectic, but a quick swipe with a clean dishcloth could make a difference for customers standing on the other side of the glass. Eventually, another staff member came out from the back with my food. When I got back to my desk, I realized that my paid order was missing a few items. I should have checked before leaving. Despite this, the food in the bag was delicious.
The manager at this restaurant had a back-and-forth argument with me over using the red chipotle bowl to mix my salsa, constantly emphasizing the extra cost. Despite my repeated assurances that I didn't mind the cost, she continued to belittle me and make me feel crazy while I was simply trying to order lunch. Additionally, the restaurant had very limited options available and the manager was prioritizing special orders for some customers. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I was left feeling frustrated.
