The Robinson Room - Columbia

We were disappointed by the robinson room. this was our first visit and we will not go back, nor would I recommend it. it was calm and the ambiente is okay. the drinks were good. the seats are unpleasant. the personal was nice. it felt like a place that had potential but missed the brand. we thought we were dessert, but after getting our drinks we decided not to stay longer than the time we needed to finish our drinks.

The apple cake was terrible! the court floated in liquid and the apples were terrible. the best part of the plate was the one upstairs. The whole evening was a waste of time and I was very disappointed.

The food and the drinks were good. the service started well and then our waitress said: “Help me if you need something”. that was not a big thing, but when we went our meal and time, we were ready to go. it was over an hour ago and she was only once on the table for our command. she served/hate with friends when I asked after the check and additional water. she was rude and complained to the other customers (friends,) as I had interrupted her hangout to get the leak that we had waited for over 40 minutes after we had finished our meal.

Had no drinks listed on the menu, several people had asked, so was very strange. Drinks that we ordered were hardly a full portion size and were badly made as the cash continued to say: "This drink is not my favorite to make or drink" to gasse at the bar during the screwing of the first try to make together and quickly bring it back up

I went on 12/22. It was my birthday. I was excited to celebrate and have some insta-worthy desserts and bevvies. The menu said my drink came with whipped cream and gold flakes. This pic is my drink AS IT WAS SERVED. I was told we ran out of whipped cream at a dessert bar. We had to wait for the pasty chef to arrive (why are there reservations available at this time? the dessert was listed on menu as having chocolate drizzle. What I was served had melted ice cream and a (probably bottled Ghirardelli caramel drizzle. The server offered no remorse or concessions despite me voicing my disappointment in the presentation of my drink. For a reservation-only dessert bar, they seemed unprepared and apathetic.
