Taco Bell - Columbia

I just had the worst taco bell experience of my life. the exchange went so:woman welcome to taco bell. how would they like their order me: fast, preferably "A man who works the register then calls me to hurry. after the knowledge that he yelled at me, I apologized and explained that it was a sweat. the man yells at me again that he doesn't play games or sweat. if I had, I would have left, but I ordered a single burrito to not waste his time. I got my food as soon as possible and went and was boiled again to sneak it from him

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Simple, right? Wrong. No one was in line and I had to wait at front. It was not cut and they gave me the chipotle chicken quesadilla. No napkins, no receipt, not cut and it fell apart. Worst Taco Bell ever. Never coming back. I don’t know how they have a 3.5 rating. The previous reviews are just as bad. Do NOT waste your time going here. It is awful. Taco Bell needs to address this store and FIX it!

Great customer service! The gentleman at the window was super kind and made sure I had everything I needed before I pulled off. Excellent job!!! Keep up the great work!

Good service but always out of ice I say that because they keep on telling me that if they don't have ice they cannot serve their soft drinks plus they do not have ingredients on a consistent basis for their burritos or their tacos, management needs to look into ordering properly.??Until then just one star.?

I had a 12 pack box ?, 1 chicken and ? quesadilla and a large coke to go in the ? thru and everything was delicious, ?, satisfying and wonderful. I would like to thank all the staff for there hard work and dedication to make me and all of there customers very happy. Thank you and God bless you all ? ?!!!!!!!? ? ? ?
