Sandy's Place - Columbia

I am extremely frustrated with the poor customer service at this restaurant. I have ordered from here multiple times without any issues and always tip well. Today, when I ordered a wrap and some fried pickles for pickup, I specifically mentioned that I cannot leave my workplace and had someone pick it up for me. However, when the food arrived, I received a wrap and a side of pickles instead of the fried pickles I had requested. The employee argued with me, insisting that I had ordered a side of pickles and not fried pickles. This experience was unacceptable and I am very disappointed.

We went to lunch at Sandy's only with an hour to spare. There were 4 men seated waiting 1 couple ahead of us 1 other man eating. , 2 tables left Uncleaned After 14 minutes our order was taken. Another 30 minutes the couple ahead of us returned his plate and ordered something different 10 more minutes ours arrived. I ordered a chicken salad wrap I received a grilled chicken sandwich she apologized 13 minutes later returned with chicken salad sandwich where's the wrap? Lunch hour was over by then and my tea had styrofoam floating in it yuck

However, today when I ordered a burger and some fried pickles to go, I was given a burger and a side of regular pickles instead. The staff insisted that I had ordered regular pickles, which was not true. This mix-up was unacceptable.

We recently went to Sandy for lunch and had a disappointing experience. We arrived to find four men waiting ahead of us, with only two tables available. It took 14 minutes for our order to be taken, and then we waited for 30 minutes for the couple before us to finish their meal and order again. When my food finally arrived, I had ordered a chicken salad but received a grilled chicken sandwich instead. To make matters worse, my companion's chicken salad sandwich was missing. By the time we realized the mistake, lunchtime was over and my tea had bits of styrofoam floating in it.
