Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I wish i could have left zero stars?? I feel so sorry for the owners of this Location because their RUDE employees are making them lose customers! They have the door locked while they sit down and just look at you ?..NO SIGN on the door explainingwhy?..SIGN on drive thru speak says come in Credit Down come inside???I went and got cash then I ask is the chicken fresh(because the Credit card system is down most cars are driving off)??She very rudely said ?I said the credit card system wasdown Not that we don?t have food?. A simple YES would have been fine!????

Ordered in the drive thru, was told to pull to the front of the building and they would bring food out. 15 minutes later food comes out. I was missing multiple items so I went Inside. Was rudely told they are drive thru only. I explained I already wentthrough the drive thru and had waited almost 20 minutes for them to bring out my order and it was missing items. Staff memberswere the most rude, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I love bojangles food but this isn't the first time orlocation where I've had to deal with rude, unprofessional employees. The food isn't good enough to have to deal with theattitude every time I eat there.

Additionally, I came in a few days ago for lunch, and my experience was disappointing. The white gravy was cold, the chicken was tough, and the fries were stale and cold, indicating they had been sitting out for a long time. I will not be returning to this location.

Generally, Bojangles has good quality food. However, I find that at least half the time, they end up giving me something I didn't order and leaving out what I actually requested. Unfortunately, this means you really need to check your order to ensure it's correct.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They forgot to include the sauce for my food in the drive-thru, and when I went inside to ask about it, they told me I would have to pay extra for the sauce. How is one honey mustard supposed to be enough for five chicken tenders? The staff had a really bad attitude, especially considering it was their mistake. To top it off, my food was cold when I received it. I won't be coming back.
