Tuscan appetizer and the shepherd according to cut of the pisano cow .all super compliments! local that it is worth finding... you eat genuine and waiter. Good!
Typical Tuscan osteria with large carefully furnished room. the wood stove and the wine cellar with the Tuscan wine bottles. the menu should be analyzed for hours: wide choice between starters, first, second, sweets. apart is provided a wine card all strictly autochthonous. very kind staff that directs the customer on their own choices. in the companion of another staff we ordered: Tuscan appetizer cured meats and cheeses (spatial colonnade lard and idem the tomino with truffle honey,) baked potatoes (dissolved in the mouth) and a 1,2 kg Florentine. ahimè the latter although ordered to the blood some parts seemed too much cooked to be a little difficult to eat. place definitely to try for who is in the area. compliments to the staff.
The place is nice, rustic Tuscan, the salon if full can be very noisy, exceptional appetizers all, very good meat and excellent choice of wines, the sins of the evening however were that both the wild boar and the dash arrived not well warm, and the waiter told us they were cooked in the same way, instead it was not accurate, the price is right for quality and goodness, excellent choice of wines!
