Restaurant bewertenSonic wants you to use the app, but when we used it, they didn't command when my wife was there. I can't remember that last time they had all the items we wanted to order for the family. Obviously it is a surprise for them, beating rings on camps or perpetrator tablets or any number of items that would be on their menu on a regular basis. it surprises me how chick Fil-a can have employees who are pleasant, and their shops have the items that are on the menu, which is a novel idea. management is competent and friendly. Maybe the people from oklahoma have to drive to colorado springs and see what's going on because it's a sweat, the people in colorado springs have no idea, go somewhere, but this dive.
Came here at 11 pm and they said they were closing at 12. Ordered two mini shakes. Only 2 people were working at night. That makes no sense. It took fifteen minutes for them to finish the shakes. When we got the shakes, they were barely filled to the top and they didn’t even get one of the shakes right. I ordered a chocolate Oreo shake and there were no Oreo pieces in it. Why were there only two people working night when it gets busy? Especially during the summer. We also couldn’t order in the stalls, we had to go through the drive thru. Do better sonic. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. They deserve zero stars.
Ordered the chicken tender meal and it was pathetic . Tasted old . Had them remake it and it was just as bad .Update 7.3.22Tried this place one more time . Didn't even get food because I had absolutely no fair in this place . We pulled up and another person was handing their food back back they didn't get it right . We ordered 4 drinks . Nothing fancy just 4 drinks . It took 35 mins .
Worst Sonic I have ever been to. I spent $40 for three meals and shakes. Every single one of the others were incorrect. I never complain but since every order was incorrect I called to speak with the manager. They told me to come back in for a replacement order. I did and they replaced the order the exact same way (incorrectly) as it was the first time. At this point they are just waisting my time. Do yourself a favor don't go to this fast food dive.
This is the worst and mean worst Sonic in Colorado Springs! The customer service is seriously bad. You can't even hear the drive through person talking to you. When they do finally decide to give you the order,they are practically throwing it out the window. In life you get what you pay for , these people have terrible customer service because the owner probably doesn't pay them good.smh!Looks like Chicken-Fillet and Starbucks are the last fast food places with good ,honest customer service. ???
