Restaurant bewertenAfter a day of sight on Monday, my family and I were hungry and looking forward to a delicious early dinner. We came here at 4:00 and sat right away. Our Brandon server came by immediately to take over our drinks and appetizer order. We decided not to order appetizers but went on and ordered our drinks and my children? Eat. Our server said he would give us a few minutes to view the menu and come back. Well, we didn't know these few minutes would be a 25-minute waiting time just to place our first order. Our server went back and forth and looked at our table, but did not stop to take our order. My son? Pizza came out in 10 minutes, but my daughter and I had to wait and wait. When Brandon finally came to take our order, he looked overwhelmed and rushed. I ordered the Veggie Burger, and my daughter ordered the Mushroom Burger. At this point we were pastries, so we asked him to send a cup of pommes so that we can at least eat something while we waited for our food. When we waited for our fries, we looked around, no one in our area had food on their tables, and everyone looked frustrated. My daughter and I counted the tables that served Brandon, and we counted 8 tables. While we wait for our food, they sat two additional tables in Brandon?s section. This gave him a total of 10 tables to serve, no wonder that it took so long until he came back to take our order. Our cart came to the table in about 5 minutes, but it was such a small part between two hungry people, they gave us about 7 pommes. My daughter and I shared them when we waited for our ducks. Almost a full hour after sitting, our food finally arrived at the table. My Veggie Burger was lukewarm, and the Mushroom Swiss burgers of my daughter was also warm, and our two frits were cold. We were both so hungry that we just ate them as it is. I complained about the slow service to the woman who came to deliver the food to our table, and she told me that they only work a total of 3 servers at that time. I told her I was frustrated and asked her why they didn't turn people away at the door and focus on the customers that they were already sitting at the tables so that they could offer the people who were here first a proper service. She was kind and outrageous about my frustration. Unfortunately, the manager never came to my table to follow me. At the end, our server came back to our table only after we had received our food for collecting my son and empty fring basket. He never asked if everything would be okay if we wanted Dessert, if we needed to go boxes, thank us for coming, apologize for waiting, or call us how to pay? Nothing! Fortunately, I knew how to use the kiosk, so I paid for our food, left a review of the kiosk, and we're up and down. The whole experience was frustrating and made us feel una
Negative. 1. I had to wait half an hour for a burger. Probably the cook forgot my order. People who came later were served before me. 2. The burger was not warm.
Good food and good service! Her pizza is good for a burger place. Children love the Mac and cheese. Server was friendly and funny. I have refills right away. Great family restaurant.
Great food, good service. We went on a Monday at noon. Not very busy. The food was delicious and fresh.
Super friendly staff, got a table in five minutes. Love the bottomless steak fries!! I even messed up my order and forgot to ask for a gluten-free bun. They remade the entire order and refused to charge me for it. Five star service, excellent food. I can tell they have great rapport with their customers. And as a Customer Experience Consultant, that means the world to me! Well done, Red Robin Colorado Springs Team!
