Jack In The Box - Colorado Springs

Went to go sot down and have some burgers with my daughter and the dining room is closed every other fast food restraunt is open in town next time ill decide on going somewhere else to enjoy sitting in a dining room and eating.could bearly hear the guy I was ordering from due to worn out speakers. This place has definitely got worse since before covid.

The website says they dive, but they haven't opened since before the pandemic. what's going on with the rest of the restaurants? so frustrating.

I am giving 5 stars due to the fact that this stores managers and most of its crew work with bare minimum every single day and do their absolute best to try to push through and provide excellent service and food! They give their all thought I can tell they're all exhausted from excessively rude customers and daily life; I can truly see that they try so hard to make things right!And to the yackos that complain; your complaints are mostly small things that are most certainly your first world privelage red flags. Please. Grow up and have some consideration for the people serving your food. You that are amazing to the staff,I applaud you because they wouldn't let you leave unhappy on purpose as human are not perfect.Thank you for reading.

Come to Utah!!! I miss Jack in the Box. The fried tacos are our favorite. I especially like the spicy tiny tacos we got in the Seattle area. I could easily get addicted to them!

Terrible customer service! Extremely slow drive-thru service! The dining area is permanently closed! This location has gone from one of the best to the worst!!! They should shut down for good, With the dining area closed, they have no chance of success! Absolutely terrible!!
