Chipotle Mexican Grill

I stopped going to this chipotle because its busiest in the springs, and online orders were never on time. sometimes they were an hour back. I have been several times in the last month, and all orders are ready when I arrived or within 5 minutes. the load also seems to be cleaner than before.

I love Chipotle, I really do, but this location is a disaster every time I come here. Mobile orders are regularly not ready until 30-60 minutes past the pickup time. And on our most recent visit they ran out of chicken for over 15 minutes and the rice was so overcooked it was mushy. I would highly recommend against this location.

This is a good Chipotle location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food met expectations of a Chipotle restaurant. I recommend this Chipotle location.

Normally the burritos from chipotle are huge especially since i pay extra for the meat rice and beans all extra portions . The stuck up lady said all our portions are 4 ounces since i ordered extra portions it should be 8 oz. Just because she was rude I weighed it not 8 ounces of meat. Tiny burrito for 19$DISAPOINTED I KNOW ITS ALL ABOUT THE TURN AROUND BUT MAN YOU SUCK

We ate inside and it was disgusting sticky spills on the floors, dirty tables, empty condiment bottles. It appeared the seating area lobby were completely neglected. The food was mediocre small portions of everything, especially cheese lettuce.I realize places are short staffed however if you can’t accommodate a clean, in store dining environment then shut the dining room down. The bathroom was a whole other story dirty, trash overflowing, etc. I would not recommend dining here until cleanliness and/or staffing improves.
