Billy Sims Barbecue - Colorado Springs

Tried for the first time today, the online ordering process was quick and easy, the food was delicious (got the brisket sandwich with some mac and the guy working the counter was very friendly and had a positive attitude. Will definitely be back :

I must truly say, Im from Florida where Great BBQ is cooked. I’m sorry but Billy Sims has the worst tasting BBQ I’ve ever eaten….I never eat there again. Sorry for you that has to still try.

Y'all I've been sleeping on this place. Best bbq ever. I got the hot link pulled pork Mac and cheese and baked potato salad. Delicious. They know how to make Mac and cheese. You know not everyone knows how to make it good. Theirs is great!!! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Ordered on DoorDash got their pulled pork sandwich with pickles!! 10/10 and also ordered their stacker!! Which was so good I want more!! 10/10 WOULD ORDER AGAIN!!!

They made me believe that white meat poultry could be juicy and taste good! Hickory sauce was sweet and flavorful. Coleslaw was the best-not swimming in sauce. Staff were welcoming and friendly.Food: 5/5
