Baillie Street Merchants - Colombo

This restaurant is fantastic. The atmosphere is trendy and the food is delicious. They serve large, handcrafted cocktails and have a friendly and knowledgeable bar staff. The server was very friendly and we highly recommend this place. We visited while celebrating in Sydney, Australia and found it to be just as good as many of our favorite restaurants and bars back home.

We dined here on our last night in Colombo after a week holiday around Sri Lanka and it ticked every single box. Without a doubt one of the best dining experiences during our entire stay. The atmosphere and ambience were incredible- has a wow factor as you first enter and feels warm and inviting as you settle in for a night of delicious food and cocktails. We ordered the steak and the ricotta gnocchi which were both perfectly executed. It was the Lolita cocktail that really impressed- without a doubt the most well balanced, delicious cocktail I have ever tasted.

This is my go-to spot for delicious cocktails with a fantastic variety and creative designs! I highly recommend visiting as soon as they reopen.

This hidden gem in Colombo is probably the prettiest little restaurant you'll come across. Disguised as a coffee shop, it's a real treat once you step inside and discover their artisanal cocktails and delicious cuisine. Perfect for a special date night, it's worth dressing up a bit to fully experience the magical atmosphere of the Spirit Room.

We took several appetizers and everything was really good. they are very innovate with their directed and a beautiful presentation. we loved the environment and the service was excellent.
