Subway - Collinsville

Not very pleased with the manager. Everyone wonders why no one wants to work in the food industry its because of people like her. The last 4 or 5 times I have gone there she has done nothing but be rude and disrespectful to her employees. It truly breaks my heart for them. One time it was because there was a girl working by herself and had accidentally burnt the bread because there was a line of people that she was making food for. Today she was talking smack saying something along the lines of see that 's how you close a sandwich right and picking on the girl at the register because of how she gave me my change. Hope things get better for those poor employees.

The restaurant provided excellent, fast service with friendly staff and clean facilities. The food was fresh and delicious.

Sadly, this was the most disappointing Subway I have ever visited. The young employees were not running the store effectively and they were out of bread. How is it possible for a Subway to run out of bread during lunchtime? The excuse given was simply that they had not made any, which was unacceptable. It appears that better management supervision is required at this location.

I am a fan of Subway sandwiches, but unfortunately, this particular location is by far the worst I have ever visited. Despite its proximity to me, I have given it multiple chances, only to be disappointed each time. The drive-thru service is incredibly slow, so be prepared for a long wait. In an attempt to avoid this, I tried ordering online for pickup, which worked once but failed on my most recent visit. My order was mistakenly given to someone picking up Door Dash orders. While the young workers were friendly, I have yet to see any management present at the restaurant. As a result, I will be switching to ordering from a different Subway location in Owasso.
