Steak 'n Shake - Collinsville

I was very concerned when 8 went to the parking lot to flesh my mother, wife and son. Just a family. But after we get my family into the house and entered the order on the big screens (4) we were easy to sit and food came fast and hot. Lettuce was a bit discovered and confused, but it was good. The chili was a little watery, but a good expressiveness over everyone. The chefs gave the people and the food, as the waiting staff was not yet there. But not long after we got our food a manager and a member of the waiting staff arranged arrived and treated the dinner well. Good work for everyone.

The staff is limited, but the service was excellent thanks to the management help people on one that I love it.... I almost went out when I came in, but he stopped me and asked if he could help me with everything. I said I had 20 bucks to feed three, he told me. My meal was under 20 and we were full of thanks again.

My children love chicken teeth. I love the garlic steakburger. My husband loves the friso melt. We always get one side of the cheese sauce for our pommes. The Shakes are always great. The service was usually also quite good.

Today for the first time in a long time to this steak n shake. I was very surprised. the service in the drive was fast. eating was hot. wow, what a change from what it was a year ago. I don't know if new owners have taken over this, but it turned 100%. I'm going back.

Eating was on site and there is nothing wrong with the service based on what it should be today. but I feel like it took too long to order seven people when we have to do it ourselves and I feel somehow like steak and shake is lost some of him is irritating, as she is not a waitress or someone to take her order as she used to. there was no energy here. everything went smooth, but I feel more than when I eat in a cafeteria than a restaurant.
