Instead of allowing families and friends to enjoy their time together, they enforced a strict time limit on tables. Our reservation was from 6:30 to 8:30, during which we were expected to arrive, place our drink and meal orders, and finish up in that timeframe. While the time limit itself was inconvenient, it was exacerbated by how the staff treated our party when some members arrived about twenty minutes late. They approached us multiple times during that short period, insisting rudely that we order more than just the drinks we had already secured, even though we still had ample time to enjoy our meals. This restaurant felt more like a fast-food joint with a focus on inconspicuous tables, rather than a fine dining experience. Despite finishing our meal by 8:00 and placing our orders shortly after arriving at 6:52, we were constantly interrupted by staff reminding us of our time constraints. Interestingly, many tables around us remained empty—about 40% of the restaurant was unoccupied—yet we were treated as though we were overstaying our welcome. It became apparent that the restaurant coordinated guest arrivals to create an illusion of popularity and a long line, with around 25 people arriving within a 15-minute window. The result was chaos, as patrons shuffled through an overcrowded area, making the experience overwhelming. This restaurant could greatly improve by investing in better business management and customer service practices to create a more relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, a focus on treating customers with respect rather than rudeness would go a long way toward enhancing the overall experience.

The group (fistful 0 'diddley) was amazing. that eat delicious, but too expensive. good ambiente. a little annoyed with our sitting. it did not seem too flexible to sit in them. a good time overall.

Good servers and beer . Food selection a bit limited in mains and large portions but good food. Can be noisy when a band since nothing to absorb the sound. Good times

Great inspired menu, cool vibe, excellent staff dealing with our unruly, funtimes group.

Went on a whim...and was impressed... We plan to bring friends and show them how good the food is and the ambience. Close to the top of the burger food chain!
