Pimentos Burgers, Grill - Collierville

Weeknight dinner about 530pm. Place was pretty empty. Service was fast and friendly. Drinks came fast including bar drinks. Food was fast and correct. All five of us enjoyed what we ordered. The only complaint (not really a complaint) was that the sliders were smaller than expected. Smaller but good and filling. Overall a good visit and we will return.

I'm constantly impressed by Pimento's menu! It's full of options from small plates to large servings. Options for all tastes! This still has the Hidden Gem of collierville feeling. It's one of our date night locations and like to sit on the patio and relax. Appetizers are excellent, the burgers and hot plates are awesome and they have a full bar with some great selections on draft! I'm always sorry i don't save room for dessert because the cakes are legendary!

Great things to try: Queso, Grown-Up Grilled Cheese, Applewood Wings, Charcuterie appetizer.

I ordered dinner to go and was not impressed. The bar looks cool but they only had two people working. I get it, things are not so great out there and help is hard to find. The service could've been a little better. The staff did not seem to care. Management needs to address this problem. Not coming back. Best of luck.

Wonderful lunch with our son for his 30th Birthday (although they didn 't acknowledge his birthday even though it was mentioned 4 times!!!! . Disappointing enough to remove 1 star.
