Restaurant bewertenOrder a pizza at midnight, Sunday morning. the online tracking page said the pizza came from the often around 12:24 clock. the pizza sat in the box in the store until they left the load over an hour later to delivery. When it arrived, it wasn't hot, it wasn't warm. it was cold. according to the driver it sat there because they had no other shippers. the delivery driver was nice enough and the mistake of getting in time was not his fault. the manager should never leave a pizza that has been sitting there over an hour, loading. I fled a complaining and am curious to see how they react if at all. I will come back here if they ignore me or if they try to apologize for the bad customer service. All I know is that I'm gonna order a pizza last time so I can throw it away when I get it. if I have no insurance, there will be no next time, I will simply order from gumby’s.
I can count less than 10 pieces of feta cheese on my pizza....I hate to pay for the supplements and hardly get anything.
I ordered from here at super bowl evening, probably one of the busiest days for pizza places. I felt as if it were reasonable to wait, the personal was really sweet, and my pizza was amazingly cheesy and tasty (how serious, the amount of cheese she gave, made my family and I super excited). for such a positive experience in one of the most busy weekends in this part of the year, I cannot say enough good things about this location! you are great!
I can understand that the industry is bad now, but that should not be excused for why dominos drivers did not call to get directions or let us know that our pizza was delivered to the wrong place. we put an order around 9am for delivery for a business meeting to which we were told we had our pizza about 5:15 o'clock. we gave them the advantage of the doubt. fast before 5:45, no pizza. I think his name was mitch, replied the phone. my coworker got the options to change or refund, of course we wanted to refund it. at this time my colleague asked why the driver didn't call or inform anyone and with him decided that a non-friendly attitude was a good choice for this business. he landed on my associate when she was still talking. very rude and need some serious practice with customer service. that was unacceptable. they don't get a job for their mistake. would not recommend this place.
Found hair in pizza. Emailed support to complain and they called and apologized and said next pizza would be free but that never happened.
