Restaurant bewertenI love this place. I love the customer service as well. The food is the best I ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for authentic African food. I can tell they cook with love.Food: 5/5
Broni, y'all done messed up my eating out budget! Authentic Ghanaian food that is delicious! Today it was eba with egusi stew and tilapia, next time I'll just start at the top of the menu board and go down. I will have to replace the beef or goat with fish though. Thank you for helping me to keep the Ghanaian alive in me until I can return to Ghana! For those who come to Broni and are ignorant of African cuisine...they eat opposite to us. We have more soup or stew than sides (rice, potato's, etc), they do the opposite; more swallow, less soup or stew. That's why they name the swallow first, it's the main dish and the soup or stew is the side dish. Thanks everyone there...you made my day today!
Paid 25 dollars for egusi , beef ,and foo foo. It tastes delicious , portions are small for the price, and the beef a little dry.Food: 3/5
The flavors, authenticity, portions, and freshness were AMAZING! Everything was so good, I had to come straight to my car and write this review. Great value for the price. Don’t leave here without trying the Egusi! Best I’ve ever had.
Eating at Broni was the first time I've tried African cuisine and afterwards it certainly won't be the last. The Jollof rice along with plantains was a flavor explosion, so good. I will also recommend the Egusi with Goat. The meat was very tender and again the spices were just the right balance of heat and umame. The dining area is nothing fancy, but sufficient. The service was great. Walk in, order, and just a couple minute wait. Ordered two dishes to try some different things and ended up with enough food to last for two days! Will be back when in the area again. Thanks Broni for a great experience.
