Francesca... the waiter is a pure jewel. She was the reason we kept returning day by day. She is a pure hearth and made our each coming to feel like at home. Her cocktails are amazing same as her smile and her sense for guests is extraordinary.

Hi everybody! I m of irish nationality and we have a hollyday apartment in beautifull Colle di val d elsa. Regularly we visit and Al Bar Italia e la nostra scelta per caffe,aperitivi,panini,or a nice drink. Place is down our apartment and we absolutely love it. Has a nice covered terace and comfy seats. I personally know the owner Simone and paynes me to see this horrible reviews. I have had the best capuccino i ever had in this place and i ll stand up for this local business. Place is spot on and i trully recomand it

Do not waste your time and money here. Pasta was almost tasteless and barely warm and the salad was mostly lettuce with a few kernels of corn and a couple gobs of cheese.

We ordered pizza with cheese, ham and tomato and red wine. We got a wet and spongy pizza we could not eat and a glass of warm wine. We complained and the waiter gave a lengthy explanation that pizza is like that: not dry because of the tomato and the mozzarella; and red wine is never cooled but of room temperature and since the bar was warm because of the July weather, the wine was also warm. He was far from helpful and charged the full price for both the pizza and the wine we did not consume, of course. The prices: pizza 8 euro, a glass of wine 6 euro. Awful.
