Cinful Desserts - COHASSET

Posting this review because I don't see anything current. This owner is still ghosting customers she made an appointment with me, and when I got there, the place was locked. Her voicemail was full. She never followed up with me. This is absolutely atrocious behavior for a business owner so unprofessional. Do not waste your time here!

This company almost ruined my wedding the cake was never delivered, the doors were closed and locked, the phone never picked up and the mail box was full.they screwed me out of over 400$ and the cake that my wife cited as one of the most important parts of the wedding to her.Many guests left during the confusionand wait.used to go here often with the wife for cupcakes but now I don't ever plan on giving them another cent again!It has been over half a week before and still no response went to the door and they are unusually closed, the business next store says they haven't seen anyone there for 2 weeks and another customer came in monday looking for them too

I don 't know how this lady is still in business! About a month ago I ordered a themed birthday cake for my daughter 's birthday party which was today (Saturday). Tuesday this week I called the store owner to confirm my order and pick up time. She didn 't answer so I left her a voicemail. I still hadn 't heard back from her by the end of the day so I sent her a text. No reply. Wednesday I attempted to reach her via Facebook messenger. No reply. I attempted to call multiple times again on Thursday and her voicemail box was full. By Friday (yesterday) I had yet to hear back from her so I decided to make my daughter 's birthday cake myself. Lucky I did because I never did hear back from her and it 's a good thing I didn 't try to go pick up the cake today as was arranged because I 'm quite certain there would have been no cake for me to pick up. I guess I should have read the yelp reviews prior to choosing to try to do business with her.

We had pre-ordered cupcakes a week before for a birthday party. We went to pick them up on Saturday and the place was closed, the owner wasn't answering her phone, her voicemail was full. It was incredibly inconvenient, stressful, and rude. We were lucky enough to snag all of the rest of the cupcakes at Upper Crust Bakery. Thank goodness for them. We will never be using this business again.

So far, we have had an amazing time tasting all of the delicious treats Cynthia creates. We had two separate tastings, one for our dessert buffet, and another for our adults only cake tasting, each of which were scrumptious. Cynthia has been prompt, courteous, and professional in all of our interactions. I cannot wait until our wedding. I will post again in June.
