Restaurant bewertenWow. What a great find! Great ambience when we entered the piano, then the great service at the bar. The cocktails are handmade instead of just made. Eat... FABULOUS. Beginning with fresh bread and then to Caesar with their handmade dressing. Next we had two veal dishes that were excellent. It's expensive and just a total winner.
We had a great experience tonight at Villa Palma! We came in without a reservation and the hostess could sit a bit apart because our baby was sleeping in his car seat. We didn't even ask! Our waitress, Lyndsey, was just phenomenal! She regularly checked us all night and it made the difference in our experience! We've traveled around the world and that was one of the best Italian places we've ever been! We're so lucky to stumble on this little jewel while we visited for the day! We'll be back!
Fantastic bar, unique and distinct Italian dishes. Great surroundings - Get the wine cellar for ambience if you can!
For the first time on Father's Day with my family. The staff was very friendly and helped us get some articles. The warm bread and oil and cheese bath was delicious. Finally decent bread in Florida. We started ordering fried Calamari. It was light and crisp with a sprinkle of black pepper. Very fresh and perhaps the best dish we had for the evening. The Marinara diving sauce was very good and also serves really hot. My wife had the fish. A very thick and delicate Chillean Sea Bass over a bed Risotto. The fish was excellent, but the risotto was too salty so it was difficult to eat. My son had the Penne A la vodka and he added shrimps. It tasted good, but the penne was over boiled and the sauce was a bit too wet. We prefer Al dente. The 5 shrimps were large and delicate. I had the fillet tips pipino that contain a big sausage. Beef was tender, but half was too rare for me. Instead of sending it back, I decided to go as I was full in any case. This court was rough for me, because it was very spicy that I would have read the description, so I can't mistake the preparation. The sausage was not my pleasure either. No court I'd get back. We ended up with two desserts, a disc Tirumisu, which was well tasted but frozen in the middle, so not sure whether it was made there. The Cannolis, served three on a dish were thick crisp and filled fresh, but the cream had little taste and not what we expected, given the owner NY background. We missed what we could get in Little Italy in NY. The cappacino of my wife was very good as the unsweetened iced tea, served groundless. All in all a nice dinner, with live piano players near the waterfront in Cocoa Village. For the price, we had better in NY, but above average for Florida. We will give them another attempt and hopefully get more consistency with our decisions. A total of 3.5 stars if that was a choice, based on our decisions.
We?ve been to Villa Palma 3 times in the last 8 weeks as it has quickly become our favorite place! The inside is beautiful with a great ambiance, especially the piano player. The fresh flowers on the table are such a great touch. My personal favorites are a whipped ricotta dish as an appetizer special and entree is a beautiful shrimp with goat milk Alfredo, also a daily special. But everything we?ve tried has been absolutely delicious! Our server Megan was wonderful and went the extra mile for our second visit for me and my twin sister?s birthday. So nice and polite! We will be back soon! Hopefully will try drinks and appetizers this weekend.
