KFC - Cluj-Napoca

They move like snails, I ask for L menu, got standard, asking for salad, they forget to add it. The hole experience was very bad

Yesterday a friend and I were in the kfc on cluj napoca, in piata unirii, when we were ordering a menu, we made a mistake, a normal language mistake because we are spanish and the girl worker romanian (immature, impolite and basic), dont understand us (and we dont understand her). We order two menus but the worker understand three. After the payment we realised about the mistake, and tried to explain to the worker. She go mad, and was furious, very angry, make us feel so bad, the place were full of people while she show her anger to us People like this must be conscious about working for a company and be grateful for having a job. Or simply be POLITE, or reasonable. Can't understand her reaction
