Went with my family on the terrace for a chat with tee, but the waitress ignored us for about 12 minutes, showing us her beautiful back. their attitude forced us to leave the terrace and look for another terrace where the personal attention with...customers

The personal is clearly overwhelmed and not prepared for this amount of customers. it took 15 minutes to come to my table and get the order and 15 minutes to command me. the order is a glass of wine. the one responsible for shisa. gattin was an idiot. He gave me a bit, I couldn't smoke for 5 minutes. When I asked him to bring me fresh coals, he said that it's my fault that I can't use shisa that it's my fault and so on. everything, but not 3 pieces new coals. I suppose they're a good one. I'm sorry to tip him 7 lei (1.50 eur). long story short, I was very frustrated, my Friday night was ruined. never che guevara social pub again.

Che is a really awesome place, I love the concept, the vibe and the services offered but my gosh, service? What is that? This place would have a 5* review but the service is just abysmal. I have been here maybe 15 times in the...past year, sat down for more than 20 or 30 minutes and still not even been brought a menu. The service is just terrible, I feel like I need to get some flashing lights and a megaphone and when you are finally served it takes forever and a day for your drinks to arrive. It's such a shame. Also the toilets are pretty gross and really dark, but I think it's part of the edgy look. Some hot water and liquid soap would be appreciated in there and also some hand towels (but these are just minor details I guess). Seriously, please improve the service, I'm a loyal customer and I come back time and time again because I really do love the place, but just hurry up a bit, I used to be a waitress and sometimes I end up going to the bar myself because I really cannot wait 30 minutes for one beer. Please and thank you :D

Been here randomly for a short weekend trip with a couple of friends and was not at all dissappointed of the place! The atmosphere is full of positive energy both of the consumers’ of the waiters’, the background is really cute, and the...drinks came quickly and had real alcohol, not cheap fake one. We did not eat, but we intend to do it next time. Recommending it for anyone who needs a cozzy place for talking and laughing!
