Restaurant bewertenI recently visited the pop up at Corto and had the best vegan pizza! The cheese was made from rice milk and didn't taste like coagulated oil like other vegan cheeses. The seitan was also perfectly done, which can be hard to achieve. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
Marley's Pizza is a fantastic vegan pizza food truck owned by Dan, who makes his own pizza dough and Seitan Pfefferoni. He prepares the pizzas in the traditional Neapolitan style, and the quality really shines through. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, with light and fluffy sourdough bases that you'll want to savor every bite of. Keep an eye on their social media for their locations and events, as they often do pop-ups. I've eaten pizza all over Italy, including Naples, where pizza was born, and Marley's is truly top-notch. Recently had another incredible pizza from Marley's at a Christmas market in Whalley. If you love pizza and spot Marley's truck nearby, be sure to stop by for a slice.

I recently tried the vegan pizza at Po in Corto and it was delicious! The cheese made from rice milk was a great alternative to the typical coagulated oil texture of other vegan cheeses. The crust was also perfectly cooked, which can be difficult to master. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
