Restaurant bewertenThe beef stew was delicious! A local musician performed traditional Irish music. It was a wonderful experience!
The atmosphere at the restaurant was fantastic and the bartender was very friendly and entertaining. However, they did not know who William Wallace was. Knaill provided excellent service and the artwork in the restaurant was impressive.
The food was fantastic and the music was great. We came in from the rain and had an excellent dinner. The special menu was outstanding.
This place was a bit disappointing. Inviting look pub from outside with the picnic benches. Trying be a restaurant on inside. The whole place was empty asked the waitress for window seat and was told everything booked out only one table left!Probably should have turned around then and there but as I was already in continued on. Led to another table crammed beside another family (only other people there) at back of restaurant. We must have been there for an hour and a half at least. None else arrived in. Only when we got the bill did someone else come in and sit at window seat. Rest of restaurant still empty. Like even if you have bookings you can always ask for the table to be back at a certain time like every other restaurant does. Was never asked this.As for the food ordered the burger. Tasted and looked like a pre made musgrave burger with the solid almost jelly consistency patty. Starving so ate it anyway. Would have expected a nice homemade burger for €16. Everyones else food seemed fine so maybe it was just the burger but not much selection on the menu anyway.
Staff very personal. Eating a little lustre, not in season and a little slow on service, but oysters big and succulent. They accidentally overcharged us 70 euros when half dozen oysters were added as 6 half dozen oysters but was quickly discontinued.
