From any reason this location is often not able to take orders. simply close the location for good so that people don't waste their time to drive here to say that they are not able to take orders.
This is one of the slowest burger kings throughout the northeast. order at 1:55, received at 2:30. 35 minutes! wow! This happens almost every time I'm here.
20 30 o'clock until its 30 minutes on the journey through. 10 min wait for someone to take my order, now 20 min in line waiting for my food. I turned my car off. gas costs me more than waiting for the food. no one ever came out or explained, gave up after 35 minutes. don't go here if you're in a hurry, that's not fast eating, go to a restaurant, it's faster. who owns this franchise must surrender to someone who takes care of her business. not the first time that it happened at this place now, went back today, 330 on a Sunday. only 2 cars in the drive through, waited for 5 minutes until someone take my order when I went into the window 10min later, took my payment, waited another 10 min whole, which they argued who had order. 25 min, really coming
They are never open in time. man and I drove an hour through the drive after it was supposed to open, and we were turned away. that happened last week. Today we go through the drivr thru this morning and it was closed out of any reason and we had to go in. when we go in to get our order, they only have a few selected breakfast items such as hash browns, French toast sticks, and bacon egg and cheese croissanwich. I don't know if they ran out or if they just didn't want to make breakfast items anymore, although it was literally over an hour for them to serve the breakfast. but going through their posture there would not surprise me if they simply didn't want to make breakfast anymore, because they kept was delicious, just like the manager outside on hiwo's phone smoking while ordering with the headset on smh. I wouldn't hand him over if he didn't wash his hands, no one there had any gloves to say so unnecessary, we went and so grateful. we literally went to the left and went to the burger king in south euclid on cedar, which this burger king class and notizen could take because the 2 young girls in the car thru had great settings and wonderful customer service skills. eating was good and it didn't matter to them that they made their breakfast with just less than 30 minutes before lunchtime. we will pass this Burger King from now on, who is closer to me, and go to the south euclid, because we have given this Burger King in severance many chances and they cannot or do not seem to care to get it together here. they are no longer allowed to remain open and I say that they cannot earn money on bad customer service and eat that they cannot or cannot do.
