Mrs Winners Chicken Biscuits-cleveland

Always a good meal not the cleanest place but not the dirtiest one either just so so.

Food was overcooked and tasted bland. Service was mediocre at best.

I just had the cutest sweetest server named Talia at the Gondolier here in Cleveland, TN I was in line waiting to pay for our food and I witnessed the owner or manager whoever he was yell at her and tell her to go put in a Togo order and screamed “don’t mess it up you’ve already messed up 2 times today” in the most hateful voice and she simply asked him “what did I mess up on” and he turned around to another customer waiting to pay and made fun of her and mocked her saying she was being smart. When she most definitely was not. She just put her head down and went and did what he said and started putting the order in and when she was finished and walked back past me I said to her “I am so sorry he’s treating you like that you don’t deserve that” she just said ”it’s okay” put her dead down and walked off. He heard me say that to her and started yelling at me all the way from the kitchen to the door and said “I heard what you said to her and you don’t know you don’t know” just kept hollering I just looked around like who tf are you screaming at?! Gondolier should be ashamed of the way that man just acted and I know from the way he yelled at a paying customer like that, this behavior is nothing new ! Say a prayer for Talia today guys bc not everyone can walk away from an abusive job. They had the nerve to have a now hiring sign on the door. Smh

Wife and I went in for a Gondolier sandwich and my wife was going to order a gyro and change her mind and ordered a Greek salad. My sandwich had a very thin piece of meat no taste to it. Her salad came out and then a gyro came out which she didn’t want. But the waitress act like it was our fault and didn’t offer to take it back. $1 for extra dressing and .50 cents for Taziki sauce. Will not go back

The food was good, but service sucked. I understand if you are busy and have a lot of people to take care of, but the waitress we had on 7-1-24 was very inattentive to us as customers. We asked for extra dressing for salads and butter my baked potato never received either. Never seen much of the waitress at all
